Bishopdale-Burnside Rotary Club spokesperson Roger Poulton presenting Fire Chief Daryl Osby and members of the Los Angeles County Fire Department USAR team a painting by Artist John Brasell. They travelled to New Zealand to help in the aftermath of the February 22 earthquake.
