Rangiora Temperance Group
Rangiora Temperance Group
This is thought by Rangiora historians to be the Rangiora Temperance Group, outside the Rangiora Guild Hall. The date suggested was 1900, but the first version of the silent film "Robbery Under Arms" came out in 1907 and the date on the wall for the Rangiora A&P show on "Tuesday Feb 18" occurred in 1908 (and 1913, 1919 & 1930). So 1908 is my guess.
